Practice Routines at home

All of our routines are LIVE on Youtube with both a teaching section and a demo for you to watch in the comfort of your own home.

Every week we will post a list of routines we have done in each class so everyone can remember the names of routines.

We are also in the process of creating a routine script for each routine to help those who don't have access to YouTube and would like to practice the terminology of our super fun routines.
